Except for the last 5 km it's north on Provincial Highway 3 all the way. After passing through Guansi, when you come to the 54.5 km marker, make the next right (signs for Shihmen Dam) onto Provincial Highway 3Yi. Go 2.5 km to the Kunlun turnoff. The access road to Kunlun is on the right, just before the 10 km marker. |
